Lady of the Lake

Ummm... Yeah. Funky mermaid-ish lady. This really started out as me just experimenting with some hair and eye color changing techniques (that's right, I have techniques!) but then a random idea floated into my brain. Hooray for ladies coming out of the water! Or sinking into it. I think sinking would work better here since there's no dripping water anywhere in this.
